Leveraging their extensive content library and deep expertise in music education, they are also a leading smart music education service provider in China. According to Frost & Sullivan, they ranked first in smart piano wholesale revenue, with a 20.4% market share, and second in both sales revenue of smart pianos and smart piano education services and number of music students using their smart pianos, with a 20.5% and 20.4% market share, respectively, in 2019. Tony Chan

He Yu is our founder and has served as our Chief Executive Officer since our inception and Chairman of the Board since January 2018. Mr. Yu currently serves as the deputy head of the Emerging Music Community Working Committee of the Chinese Musicians Association. Mr. Yu received his musical training at the Duisburg Conservatory of Music and an executive MBA degree from the Montpellier Business School in 2020.

Tony Chan has served as our Chief Financial Officer since April 2020. Prior to joining us, Mr. Chan worked at various global investment banks, such as Credit Suisse, Standard Chartered and Rabobank, primarily responsible for initial public offerings, financing and mergers and acquisitions. With over 20 years of business, financial and investment experience, Mr. Chan holds the AICPA, CMA and CFA designations. Mr. Chan received his bachelor's degree in accounting from the Chinese University of Hong Kong in 1993 and master's degree from the University of Illinois in 1994.
