Their TME Normalization Technology allows their drug candidates to circulate in the bloodstream, exit through tumor blood vessels and simultaneously attack all components of the TME. As of the date of this prospectus, they have not generated any revenues. Since inception, they have devoted substantially all of their resources to developing product and technology rights, conducting research and development, organizing and staffing their Company, business planning and raising capital.
