Under his leadership, Element’s assets increased from just over $400 million to more than $24 billion, establishing it as North America’s largest independent equipment finance company and as one of the largest fleet management companies in the world, according to his bio in the prospectus. In 1996, he received the Ernst and Young Entrepreneur of the Year award and was named one of Canada’s Top 40 Under 40. CFO Jack Schneider has been the COO/CFO of Pinnacle Advisory Inc., an investment management and operating company focused on private wealth enterprises, since February 2021. Before joining Pinnacle Advisory, Schneider served as a CFO/COO consultant to companies in the manufacturing, medical device and real estate sectors. From May 2002 to February 2015, Schneider served as CFO and general counsel of Great White Shark Enterprises, Inc., the wholly owned business enterprise of professional golfer Greg Norman. Earlier in his career, he worked at Ernst & Young as a senior tax manager from 1991 to 2002. Before that, he worked for Merrill Lynch, the Securities and Exchange Commission, Coopers & Lybrand, and the New York State Attorney General’s Office. (Note: Pinnacle Acquisition Corp. priced its SPAC IPO in sync with the terms in the prospectus –  20 million units at $10.00 each  – to raise $200 million on Thursday night, Aug. 6, 2026. Each unit consists of a share of stock and one right to receive one-eighth (1/8th) of a share upon the consummation of its initial business combination.)
